    On average, you can expect a legally-binding sale in around 6–8 weeks.(Then the sale completes around 4 weeks after.)

    Auctions have a pretty high success rate – especially when you’re with a good auction house, and follow their advice. And once you have a buyer, only a tiny fraction of sales fall through.
  3. Convenience.
    Selling through auction is much easier than selling through an estate agents.
