It's really free, and there's no catch.

Here's how it works:

• When I answer your question on the Helpline, we turn that answer into content:
• That content helps other sellers with the same problems...
• And a few of those people go on to use a service we make money from.

It means everyone wins: You get free help with no agenda, other sellers get free answers, and it's viable for us as a business.

You're in control. On the show, I introduce you by your first name and your county/city (whichever you provide) – and that's it.

Your surname, address, etc are never shown.

Beyond that, you choose what to share about your situation: be as vague or as specific as you like, and you'll get real help either way.

And if anything ever goes out that you wish you hadn't shared, tell me and we'll take it down.

No. It's a phone call — your voice is on the show, but you're never on camera. No apps, no video calls, no setup. I ring the number you book with, you answer, we talk.

Anything about selling a home in England or Wales. (Scotland and Northern Ireland run on different systems, so I'm sadly not the right person to help there.)
