Two things you can do to prepare:

As I see it, our job is to get you as much money as possible — and sell as quickly as you need (or want) us to.

So you can do two things to prepare for the call:

  1. Think about price: What’ the lowest price you need, after fees?

    This is not our target price — we want as much as possible for you.

    But if we aren’t confident we can hit your minimum, our service isn’t the best fit. So I don’t want to waste your time.
  2. Think about deadlines: What’s the longest you can wait for a sale?

    This is not our target date — we want to complete as quickly as possible for you.

    But a thoughtful timeline is important because if you have more time, we can use that time to get you more money.

So please just have a think or a chat about those two points before our call!
